Scarf | Cotton | Lynette Nangala Brown
Beautifully made in fine modal this scarf depicts the Salt Lake artwork by Lynette Nangala Brown.
Lynette’s sculptural work and paintings are narrative, telling the stories of life on country and in community. Salt Lake is dotted throughout the country she is familiar with. She lives in Irrunytju (Wingellina) and although she lives in the Ngaanyatjarra Lands, her heritage is the Pitjantjatjara language and cultural group.
This exquisite woven scarf is the result of a fair trade project between Better World Arts, Papulankutja Artists and artisans in India.
