PAYMENTS, SHIPPING & RETURNS
HOLIDAY SHIPPING CUT OFFS & DELAYS
We recommend placing orders before 18 December 2023 for domestic orders, and 23 November 2023 for international orders, to ensure gifts are delivered by Christmas.
Orders placed after this date will be dispatched within usual our timeframe (3 business days), and while every effort will be made to have parcels arrive before Christmas, due to increased demand during peak periods, Australia Post and our courier services, are not able to guarantee delivery after those dates.
Click and collect orders will be processed up to 24 December, 2023.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. You will be able to view the GST component of your purchase on your invoice. All prices are subject to change without notice and all items remain property of MCA Store until paid for in full.
We accept all major Credit Cards (Australia Only). The MCA Store does not store any of your credit card information. Our secure, encrypted payment gateway is provided by Eway so you can be sure your personal details are protected.

MCA MEMBERS DISCOUNT
Members receive 10% discount on products. You can email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone +61 2 9245 2458 with your current MCA Membership number to receive a discount code which can be applied at checkout. Only valid for current members and not applicable with other offers, some exclusions apply.
Unless indicated otherwise on a product listing, all orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding public holidays) of the order being entered into our system. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days from this date for postage within Australia. International postage times vary.
All orders are sent via Australia Post or TNT. A tracking number will be supplied for all items at the time of postage.
International purchases may be subject to customs taxes and charges at the destination country. The MCA Store is not liable or responsible for these charges. Please check with your local authority before purchasing and importing goods.
Standard domestic postage (within Australia) is $12. Additional charges may apply for heavy or over-sized items.
Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. We will not be held responsible for any incorrect delivery addresses given or any parcels returned to us as a result of incorrect delivery instructions, or failure to collect items from Australia Post or carriers if notified. Such items will incur new delivery charges before being dispatched again.
If you are not home at time of delivery our shipping partners we will leave the orders in an area specified by you in the instructions, or attempt re-delivery. MCA Store will work with you and our shipping partners to resolve any issues where possible, but we are not be liable for damage arising from orders left outside or if the box is damaged or stolen after delivery.
We take care in packaging items appropriately to avoid any damages, however if you do receive a product that has been damaged in transit please contact us within 3 working days from receipt date via email: email@example.com. Where possible, we will replace the item and reimburse return postage costs for the damaged goods.
Should your item/s not be available for any reason, you will be contacted by one of our staff members. Should you be looking for an item you have seen in-store that is not listed online, please do not hesitate to phone: +61 2 9245 2458 during business hours to obtain a price and have a mail order processed.
PRE-ORDER & ON-DEMAND PRODUCTS
For pre-ordered and on-demand items please allow additional time for your order to be dispatched. The timelines given on individual items are determined with our suppliers and accurate at the time of listing.
Pre-order products are published with an anticipated delivery date, however due to circumstances beyond our control, these are subject to change. As new information is provided we reserve the right to accordingly change a products arrival date. We will contact customers who have paid in full, with new delivery timelines as we receive updated information.
On-demand products are not held in our warehouse and are requisitioned when orders are paid in full. Delivery windows for on-demand products vary depending on the supplier. A timeframe is given on individual items, however this can vary depending on couriers and supply chains.
We will always endeavor to supply products as soon as possible. If you require an item by a particular date please email us firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure we can meet your deadline before placing an order.
CLICK & COLLECT ORDERS
Click & Collect (pick up option at checkout) allows you to order online and pick up your purchase from the MCA Store, located at Tallawoladah, Gadigal Country, 140 George Street, The Rocks NSW 2000, during standard business hours. There is no service charge for click & collect orders.
You will receive an email advising when your order is ready to collect. Please bring the confirmation email and ID with you. If your order is being collected by someone else on your behalf, please advise us in advance of their name (either by email or in the notes section at check out) and provide your representative with confirmation email.
If you’re unable to collect your order, please contact us via email and we can arrange for shipping (at your expense). Click & Collect orders will be held for 30 days from the day you’ve placed your order. After 30 days your order will be cancelled, and we will contact you to advise of a refund. Please allow sufficient time for the refund to appear in your account.
Click & Collect orders cannot be collected outside of regular hours or when the MCA or MCA Store is closed.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns Policy applies to all online and in store sales. Please always retain your receipt for proof of purchase.
Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. We will gladly exchange or issue a store credit note for change of mind purchases provided items are returned within 30 days of purchase and in their original condition.
Where items are faulty; have been incorrectly described or do not do what they are supposed to, you can choose between a refund, exchange or store credit note.
No exchange or refunds offered on sale items.
In order to obtain an exchange or refund we require:
- The item(s) are new (returned within 30 days of purchase).
- Any tags are still attached (including barcodes).
- Item(s) still in their original packaging. We have the right to not accept
returns for items that are not in new condition/not in the original packaging.

If you're emailing us, please include the original order number and outline what the issue is (include photos if possible. We will reply to your email within 3 business day. Once your return is approved we will provide an authorisation number then, please return your item(s) in protective packaging (or the original packaging). We require a tracking number for all return parcels. If you do not supply a tracking number we cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage of the return parcel.
