Published on the occasion of the artist’s largest exhibition to date ‘Stone Soup’ at Buxton Contemporary, November 2025 – April 2026, featuring works spanning 15 years of practice, including a new commission and works never before seen in Australia. Curated by Laurence Sillars, Head of the Henry Moore Institute, with Samantha Comte, Head Curator, and Charlotte Day, Director of Art Museums, at the University of Melbourne, the exhibition builds on a recent presentation at the Henry Moore Institute in Leeds, United Kingdom.

Now exhibiting at the Museum of Contemporary Art, Hany Armanious: The Planets, Hany shares his sculptural universe spanning his artistic career. By transforming found objects, often taken from mundane contexts, into new forms, Armanious invites visitors to experience beauty and wonder in unexpected places.
