Designed by Waringarri artist Richard Bloomer, from his Country of Angalarri, south of Katherine in the Northern Territory. Gwalumbala or the freshwater turtle is his grandfather's Dreaming."My Country is shaped like a turtle. It was created by the turtle in the Dreamtime."
