Vase | Mondri Mondrian | Primary Colours | MoMA
The Mondri Vase uses transparent acrylic coloured panels that create delightful colourplay and beautiful shadows. Three vases in one, the innovative design encompasses three different chambers, so you can rotate the vase for different floral arrangement possibilities and flower sizes.
The Mondri vase is an elegant and playful homage to the Netherlands-based De Stijl art movement. De Stijl embraced an abstract, minimalist aesthetic centred in basic visual elements such as geometric forms and primary colours. The shapes and colours of this versatile vase clearly reference the work of Piet Mondrian, one of the founding members of the movement.
