This soft and stunning Kwatye silk scarf is a shining example of Australian wearable art by Grace Robinya of Tangentyere Artists. Grace grew up at the Hermannsburg mission and was one of the first artists to paint with Tangentyere Artists. An accomplished painter and seed jewellery maker of many years - her vibrant figurative works powerfully evoke important life events, locations and contemporary lifeways in the Alice Springs Town camps. Grace says of this work:
