Melinda Young is a renowned contemporary craft artist based in Thirroul, NSW whose work spans jewellery, textiles, installation and interactive public art projects. She has exhibited extensively in Australia and internationally since 1997. Her work is held in public collections and has been included in numerous publications. Through her creative pursuits she explores materiality, with an emphasis on found or re-purposed materials.
